Our problem statement is now a day many busy people are facing more problems regarding their health due to their busy lives they are not to able to monitor their health condition properly. And they get easily sick or committed to weakness just because they are not able to update their health and sometimes if we did not mind them then these small diseases can be fatal in the future. So we have to make a system which can help them out to monitor their own health problems and all the received data can be used in the treatment of that individual.
Introduction
According to our theme i.e. Smart Hospital, we will make our health care system more smart by adding some feature and application. We are making a hardware device named smart health monitoring system which will be used to monitor health condition by means of some sensors like temperature sensor for measuring body temperature, pulse rate sensor for measuring pulse rate, calories burned, numbers of steps, sleep quantity and we can also measure the stress level of a patient by relative pulse rate monitoring. Then we will collect all the data from sensors and it will be sent to the server by the internet then, from the server, it will send to the mobile application of doctors.

1. Immediate Action can be taken in the case of an emergency.
Cons:
2. If any case the internet is not available then our system will fail.
Proposed/Working Model
All sensors will connect to our ESP8266 WiFi development Board and then the ESP8266 will be connected to the server with the help of the Internet. ESP8266 is a module which consists of WiFi and can be connected to the Internet and then we can send our data to any other client which is far away from our module but condition there should be the internet connection. For sending data we have to store our data to any server after which can send to the client regardless of his distance from the source. Here we are using a server which is a mobile and web application development platform where we can store our data to send on the app.

Some feature of our System:
1. In real time the health information of the patient will be detected by which if the doctor notices any fluctuation in the health graph then he can immediately advise and inform to the patient.
2. If any severe case detected then it will send alert to doctors on which they can take immediate action.
3. There is a threshold of every required quantity will be set. By which if the patient drinks less water then required then an alert will send to the patient.
4. If any case, patient sleep lesser then required or his pulse rate is abnormal then an alert will send to the patient and doctor a well.
5. By our device, we can also measure air quality of the current place and atmosphere where the patient is taking the breath if any wrong detected then an alert will send to the patient to leave the place immediately.
Conclusion
Outcomes of our project:
1. This project will save lives and saving the life of youth can result in an increase in the growth rate of India.
2. It will help us to make our cities smarter in India.
3. It can be a shining point in those type of people who are very busy personalities and can’t be able to focus on their health.
4. The Death rate of youth will decrease.
Pros:
1. Doctors can advise by messaging them to take care of them. It will save time and money both.
2. In India, we have only 8 lakhs MBBS Doctors for 1.3 billion people means there is so much lack of doctors. So the majority of the patient has to take care of themselves. By our system, the patient will get alert to take time to time medicine and if water shortage occurs then they will get alert from the device.
Cons:
1. Those people who don’t have any type of this device, they will not be able to receive advice and preferences from doctors.
2. Our device can’t be cost effective if add Blood pressure monitoring device.
Future Scope
For the future we have these aspects:
1. If our device measures the pulse rate of a patient continuously then by means of machine learning we can predict that what should be the pulse rate of the patient in next some days with the data of last 10 days. And this data can be helpful in predicting the health of any patient by which a patient can plan for any work or anything if he is going somewhere.
2. Today due to pollution and also our youth is used to consume junk food which consists of oil and spice, And it can result in a heart attack. By the advance use of pulse rate monitoring, we can detect the heart attack when it just to happens to a patient and we can and an SOS signal will send to the nearest Hospital’s Ambulance. And immediate action can be taken for saving patient life.
